Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your MyceliumLearn account and the information connected to it at any time. It's free, and you don't have to give a reason.

Option 1: In the app

Sign in at myceliumlearn.com, open your account settings, and choose Delete account. To confirm: exact menu path once the screen is final

Option 2: Ask us by email

Send an email from the address you use for MyceliumLearn, so we can confirm it's you.

Or write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my MyceliumLearn account."

What gets deleted

Your account, your profile, and the information you added to MyceliumLearn. This includes your children's profiles, uploaded worksheet photos, approved standards, attendance, and grades.

What we may keep, and for how long

To confirm: what is kept (for example, backups or records the law requires) and the timeline, such as within 30 days

MyceliumLearn is made by Rosebud Labs.
